There is no ticket system and no support portal to fight with. Send an email in plain English and it lands in an inbox a human checks.
support@santanstudios.comWhat to include in a bug report
- Your device and OS version — e.g. iPhone 13, iOS 18.2
- What you were doing when it happened
- What you expected to happen instead
- A screenshot or recording, if you can catch it

Common questions
Before you write in
Does my progress save?
Yes. Idle Spire saves automatically as you play, so you can close the app mid-battle and pick up where you left off.
Your save lives on the device itself. There is no account and no cloud sync, so progress does not follow you to a new phone, and deleting the app deletes the save with it.
Do I need to be online to play?
No. The game runs entirely on your device — airplane mode is fine. Time that passes while the app is closed still counts, and your offline earnings are worked out when you come back.
My squad wiped. Did I lose anything?
No. A wipe puts you back at the start of the same floor with your squad fully healed. There is no gold penalty, no lost progress, and no run to restart — that is deliberate. Losing a fight is information, not punishment.
How do I get new heroes?
Summon them with tickets. Each pull rolls a rarity first, then a unit of that rarity. Pulling a hero you already own is not wasted — it banks a duplicate copy, which you spend to add stars to that hero.
What do stars actually do?
Stars are the upgrade track, from 1★ to 6★. Each one raises a hero's stats and lifts their level cap.
A unit's rarity never changes. Rarity is fixed when the unit is designed — it sets how strong that hero's base is and how rare they are to pull. Stars are how a hero grows; rarity is who they are.
Is Idle Spire finished?
Not yet. It is actively in development — new heroes, new features and balance changes are all still landing, and the difficulty numbers in particular are still moving. If something feels badly tuned, that is worth an email.
When can I play it?
There is no release date to give you yet, and no App Store link. When there is something to put in people's hands, it will be announced on this site.
