01 What it is
An idle game that respects the eleven minutes you actually have.
Idle Spire runs itself. Battles auto-resolve, cleared floors auto-continue, and your squad keeps banking gold while the phone is in your pocket. There is no timer to beat, no reflex check, no punishment for putting it down.
Underneath the calm sits a real collector: sixty pixel-art heroes across four factions, a two-row squad where the front line eats the damage, star upgrades fed by duplicate pulls, and a floor counter that never stops going up. Depth for the people who want it. Autopilot for everyone else.
02 The roster
Sixty heroes.Five to a squad.
Four factions × three classes × five rarities. Rarity is fixed on the unit — it sets base power and how rare the pull is. Stars are the climb.

Human
Line-holders and battle clerics. The steady middle of every early squad.
Elf
Precision damage from the back row, so long as the front row holds.
Dwarf
Stubborn bodies and brewed mitigation. Hard to move, harder to kill.
Orc
All forward pressure. Ends fights early or dies loudly trying.
03 Systems
Four loops, and none of them need you.
Pull with tickets, not with your wallet
Tickets come from bosses, daily rewards and quests. Spend them one at a time or ten at once and watch the reveal spin up. New unit, new hero. Repeat unit, banked copy.
Duplicates are the upgrade path
A unit's rarity never changes — it's who they are. What changes is stars. Every duplicate pull banks a copy; spend copies to go 1★ to 6★ for more power and a higher level cap. Nothing you pull is wasted.
Endless floors, two rows deep
Five heroes split across a front and back row. The front line takes the hits; the back line lives long enough to matter. Clear a floor and the squad walks on automatically — wipe and you retry at full health. No lost progress, ever.
It keeps going without you
Close the app and the squad keeps earning. Come back to a summary of what piled up while you were gone, plus whatever the daily quests and achievements have been holding for you.

04 Boss floors
Every fifth floor, something bigger is waiting.
One enemy instead of a pack. Triple the health, heavier hits, and a payout to match. Boss floors are where the run either proves the squad works — or tells you exactly which row is too thin.
